Thirteen may be an unlucky number for most but seeing that I lost 13 pounds on the scale this morning is pretty fabulous to me! Got to put 3 more "jewels" in my weight loss jar! Don't worry, I am eating (well drinking like I am supposed to be). Trying to get the recommended proteins in for sure as it is most important. Everything I am drinking (eating jello) is sugar-free, low carb or no carb......hence the weight loss. Not starving! Not really 100% yet either so not that hungry. However, watching the Food Network and pinning yummy recipes to Pinterest last nite made me have cravings. I think most of that is psychological though. You crave what you know you can't have. Here is an update on the looks of my weight loss jars too!~~

Yes, I would "like" to lose 100 pounds eventually. That puts me in the range of recommended weight for my age, height, and sex.
