I have lost 20 pounds since surgery 1 week ago!! I know.....it is mostly water weight, bloated weight and yes, I had surgery. So what.....I have lost 20 pounds and it is fabulous to me!!
I am ready for some substance in my tummy no doubt. Tomorrow I can start protein shakes, cream soups, nonfat milk or Almond Breeze, Greek Yogurt (my fav), sugar free pudding, and lowfat cottage cheese.
I will be honest and say I did eat a few bites of the cottage cheese last nite. Ironically, I had been at a weight stall for 2 days. Woke up this morning and had lost 4 pounds. May be time for that substance!!
